What is your return policy?

 360 degree parcel opening video is mandatory to report any damage or wrong/missing item or colour issue or manufacturing defect ( thread come out, removable stain, slightly colour vary or light-dark due to digital photography or mobile/computer monitor settings can't be considered as defect). Reported issue must be clear in the captured video without any pause or cut and should be reported within 24hours of receiving the parcel. Please inform this to your customers as well.

What are the payment options?

We accept the payment through Gpay, money transfer.
